There is now a five-minute demonstration model of BardoVR which suggests some of the visual elements and interactive modalities we are considering for the full-lengh version.
It was created with Unity game development software using pre-existing environments, characters, particle effects and audio clips. For the full version of BardoVR, original 3D art, audio and CGI effects will be created based on the images, archetypes and interactivities suggested by the Bardo Thödol texts.
While the full demo model is currently proprietary and confidential, we will be releasing
short screen-capture clips to showcase the status of our development. Here are two of
